Before you decide to work with me, it’s paramount that I’m your right fit. That’s why I begin everything by talking to you. It takes about 15-30 minutes for us to work out if I have what you need, in which case I send you a proposal outlining my plan and preliminary project estimate.
If this is a match for you budget, I send you an invoice for 50% deposit and my Service Agreement to sign.

95% of Image Up Club photography projects are performed in the studio without needing your presence. To kickoff pre-production, you’ll send you products directly to the studio for me to unpack and get familiar with.

Then I start all of my shoot planning, creative direction & the specific sourcing activities needed by your project. We usually converse during this stage.

It’s go time and I’m excited to dedicate my full attention to your products and brand. I set-up the Image Up Club shoot space with materials, props & lighting 100% tailored to you. I capture everything in high resolution and cross-check everything with your proposal and priorities as I go.
When everything is captured perfectly, I download your raw images securely and perform my first round of retouching & editing, ensuring your finished imagery comes together feeling completely on-brand.

This is the exciting stage where you get to see all your new imagery via a secure online gallery. Here you can approve the imagery you are happy with and make any selections if there are multiple choices. Following approval, I send you your project balance invoice to organise ahead of delivery.
Now that I have your selection, I perform a final round of polish-editing on only those images you have chosen.

You’re imagery will now be ready!!
If your final funds have landed, your imagery will be sent to you to be download from a cloud folder. You will receive multiple versions of each image so you can use them flexibly and easily. I will be in touch to make sure everything has landed easily. I always recommend keeping a backup on your local drive AND in the cloud.

After the project has finished, I can store your products here in the studio for future projects together, or I can return them to you or pass them forward to create brand awareness.
I will wait until you release the project images to the pubic before I share them with my own social network or throughout my portfolios.

My custom service provides, or creates, all materials and props for specific use within your photoshoots, storing these materials for your exclusive bennefit.
